Thanks for the opportunity to answer the questions. In general I support making sure that schools have the tools necessary to provide quality education to all students, regardless of ability or special needs. 

Since I'm not an expert in the special education field, I don't feel qualified to answer the questions on your form without consulting with people who know a lot more about special education than I do.
